VERSION FRANÇAISE PLUS BAS
The Skye series is probably Albert Watson’s most personal work for it was photographed where the artist’s native Scotland, on the isle of Skye where he used to go on holiday as a child. Additionally, it is his first and only major project without any human presence. The making of this project was filmed by a BBC crew in 2017, who followed the artist on the island for a week.

La série Skye est probablement l’une des plus personnelles à Albert Watson en ce qu’elle a été photographiée en son Ecosse natale, sur l’ile de Skye, où l’artiste se rendait en vacances enfant. Il s’agit aussi de son premier et unique projet d’ampleur ne figurant aucune présence humaine. Il fut accompagné lors de sa création en 2013 par une équipe de la BBC qui le filma durant une semaine.
